By that, I mean you have to truly want to lose weight. Want it, desire it and crave it enough to ensure that you'll go ahead and do what you have to do and stick to it no matter what. Oh, and there's one other thing, it that wasn't already hard hitting enough.

You're going to have to enjoy it!

Yep, that last one is the clincher. When you enjoy doing something, you're going to want to do it and want to do more of it, right? So with that in mind, you can see why so many weight loss tips and methods all fail. Because people don't like dieting, or exercising unnaturally or doing anything else they don't enjoy.

So get yourself in the right frame of mind and believe you can do it. Then enjoy it!
